CTL Management is a property management firm with a long and successful history of managing luxury apartment communities. Based in Portland, Oregon, the company manages over 10,000 apartment units in California, Oregon, and Washington.

The CTL site is one of the family of websites created by Hot Pepper Studios for The Randall Group, one of the leading owner and operators of multifamily and commercial real estate on the West coast.

Beautiful and powerful, the site is powered by a database of properties with a content management tool built in to manage and maintain much of the apartment information. Integration with the company's Yardi database was essential, so a data bridging tool was built to import property data from the Yardi application.
