It's Party Time!

An area with a rich (and somewhat iniquitous) history, the Division/Clinton Neighborhood is developing a funky-fresh esthetic. Since 1992, the neighborhood association has sponsored a street fair, and in 2002, they cajoled Hot Pepper Studios into creating a poster that would stand out in store windows, work well in newsprint, support the fair's theme and list all the day's events.

Hot Pepper Studios has continued to design the street fair's high-stylin' posters, which are economically printed on 11X17 color laser paper, reducing costs and turnaround time. The posters somehow manage to incorporate a plethora of elements, including an extensive list of sponsors and a map of the parade route, while still looking festive, fun and fabulously designed.

If you're in the neighborhood on Saturday, July 23rd, swing by SE 34th and Division and enjoy some tasty food, music and a couple of bounces in the Jolly Jumper.
